Just a shortcoming. The plastic grille with round holes *does not *match* the device's speaker holes. I filed the sides with a knife until I could snap them off. The sound from the tablet sounded better. They could be left alone, but that bothered me. I have fairly bulky cases so my devices are much less likely to break if I accidentally drop, bump or bump them. This case isn't as bulky, but it still looks like it will do the job I think it will. Haven't stopped yet. I prefer the rubber on the outside, I feel it cushions better than the inside and it doesn't look as dull when damaged. This case is just that. The kickstand works well too. Doesn't look very thin like I usually see with other cases. UPDATE: It's been 5-6 months now and the case is still very good for me. Only dropped a few times, the tablet was not damaged. The case is so grippy that I think that's one of the reasons I didn't pick it up often, there's a certain weight to this tablet too, it just doesn't make it easy to drop. This suitcase accidentally got cigarette ash and food on it and I have found that everything supernaturally cleans very easily! That often made me happy. It's still as pink as day one!
