Ideal for preparing baked Ziti. Lids fit well, which is rare; When I bought these I wasn't expecting to be able to use the lids, I figured I'd just use foil as I tend to overfill the baking sheets with baked ziti, but the lids, while not flimsy, were malleable enough to fit over the Ziti and close the tray. They handled the hot heat of the oven very well. I've doubled them when traveling with trays, but not sure I really need that. I had no problems with it at home; They never broke or bent unless I specifically pressed on their sides or bottom. Each holds a half 16 ounce serving. baked ziti so perfect for the holidays when you want to make multiple batches for different occasions. I will now buy more for the future. This is a great find!
