PERFECT for what I wanted.

I used them today to put groceries in the fridge. Perfect size for 3-4 servings. I can write on the tips with a marker. The size is just right for packing in vacuum bags for freezing. Good value for money. I will definitely buy again.

The truth about the product you are selling.

I can't give a single star for that. I had to give you 1 star just to leave my review. You are terrible. First, they are not 8x8. Much smaller, for example 6 inches below, 7 inches above Pots and lids are bent so that they cannot be used. I would return it, but I no longer have the paperwork. Nothing about these pans has been properly described. So misleading. Wanda Be honest in what you sell.

What I Needed - Cookware

What I Needed. Yes the ones I got were 8x8. I plan to use them for an upcoming hike. Now when I cook dinner I add toppings and freeze them. I hope that after thawing in the fridge they can be reheated on the grill. Foil lids fit perfectly and curl well around the edges. For the past few years I've used the cardboard-cover type. They were not suitable for this, because the box got wet and leaked during thawing. I'm glad I have a lot of ready meals for the trip.

Misleading dimensions

Described as "8 inch bakeware". The only feature of these 8 inch pans is the measurement on the outside of the rim which is about 1/4 inch wide. A pie pan is measured from inside edge to inside edge at its widest point, or pie pans with sloping sides like this one are best measured at the inside bottom of the pan for the actual cooking area. These pans are just under 7 inches. The product itself makes a good impression in terms of workmanship, but I would not order it again just because theโ€ฆ

Fulfills its purpose

That's exactly what I need. I am preparing frozen food for my family ahead of an upcoming surgery. They seem to be a bit smaller than 8x8 but I have a small family so it doesn't matter. I bought them mainly because of the foil lid. All of the disposable pans I've found in my local grocery stores and boxes either have dome-shaped plastic lids for covering cakes, or no lids at all. And yes, I could just use aluminum foil, but I figured if I'm going to buy disposable pans, why not buy the onesโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Household and kitchen
Cons
  • A few little things

Ideal for preparing baked Ziti. Lids fit well, which is rare; When I bought these I wasn't expecting to be able to use the lids, I figured I'd just use foil as I tend to overfill the baking sheets with baked ziti, but the lids, while not flimsy, were malleable enough to fit over the Ziti and close the tray. They handled the hot heat of the oven very well. I've doubled them when traveling with trays, but not sure I really need that. I had no problems with it at home; They never broke or bentโ€ฆ

Pots and lids are pretty sturdy but still arrived damaged

Bought these last year so I could make and freeze some of my Thanksgiving side dishes weeks in advance and they've been great. So I bought them again, only this time they arrived a bit crumpled. The bottom was a little wrinkled, but it's not critical. Unfortunately, the lid's edges are also slightly wrinkled, making it difficult to close properly. Unfortunately I don't have time to return them and get replacements in time, so I plan to secure the lids as best I can and then wrap them in strongโ€ฆ
