I chose used. Came in the original packaging but looked like new. All equipment was sealed in a plastic bag and installation was a breeze. This is a great universal spare wheel holder. Also of great importance.

We wanted to get the spare tire out of the trailer and needed a holder that would fit a 5" aluminum frame. It fits perfectly and took 5 minutes to install. I cut the bolts. later it appears to be well built, well galvanized and fits my spare tire and frame as I had hoped.

Very well made heavy duty spare wheel carrier perfect for my six stud boat trailer tire. I installed it on the tongue of my boat trailer and it extends far enough to clear the boat but not far enough to be a nuisance.

Two things stood out; the speed and simplicity of Revain, and a full description of the product, including the frame sizes it was designed for. Fitting the spare tire to the trailer was easy. But it was difficult to find a replacement. First, the included carriage bolts were 1 and 1/2" long, and 2" long bolts would have been easier to work with. Trying to mount a tire on two moving studs is difficult. At that time, the lock washer was too small and did not go through the thread even after flattening. My trailer is mostly an L-shaped corner, not a box. I realize I could weld another piece to make the box and then attach it as intended.
