That's exactly what I need. I am preparing frozen food for my family ahead of an upcoming surgery. They seem to be a bit smaller than 8x8 but I have a small family so it doesn't matter. I bought them mainly because of the foil lid. All of the disposable pans I've found in my local grocery stores and boxes either have dome-shaped plastic lids for covering cakes, or no lids at all. And yes, I could just use aluminum foil, but I figured if I'm going to buy disposable pans, why not buy the ones with foil lids. Easy to write with a marker. They are not of restaurant/hospitality quality in terms of durability, which is fine for my purposes. In any case, I always put foil cases on a baking sheet in the oven. I liked that I can for 10 and the price was right.
