I was surprised at how well they work but to be honest it's a bit odd. You put your feet in mask pockets for an hour. It's a strange but not uncomfortable feeling. Just be careful if you have to get up and walk around during that hour. Slippery feeling with stuffy feet. LAUGH OUT LOUD. After an hour, just rinse and wash your feet and that's it. Ready! It took a few days for the foot "peeling" to start and a few more days for it to stop. In these few days your legs will be very scaly. I had to wear socks. But once you stop exfoliating, your feet will become softer and have less dry/rough skin.
