Review on Hankook Tire K424 (Optimo ME02) 195/60 R15 88H summer by Stanislaw Bieroza ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

205/65/R15 Made in Korea. Mileage 24t wear 40% After Yoki A-Drive, heaven and earth. Auto station wagon high, roll, Korean, automatic. Riding 100-120. I don’t practice turning with a squeal and driving at high speeds for 120. But on the Yalta highway (good asphalt, smooth turns, slope) somehow turned out to be a test - surprisingly, I kept the turn very well in a critical situation and at a critical speed. The softness of the sidewall is felt, the roll of the rubber + roll of the car is easily predicted (if you keep your brains in your head). For "insane" riders will not work, they will roll In the summer, it slows down and starts with a little screech, if the graters at the traffic lights are more fun to drive. Zimka never bought and those few days of snow around the city went with a bang. On the 99th, which has been driving for 15 years (300t. Km) in winter, it was best to have a summer hankuk (there was never a winter season) and it was also on a hankuk. ! (September 2022) Added. Mileage 70t. There is a little bit of tanness - partly the height of the tread + partly time and operation. A small squeak in the heat at low speeds on concrete or at a sharp start is true - perhaps this is an indicator of the stability of the rubber mass. On 2 wheels, the tread has not yet approached the "sensors", and 2 wheels are asking for replacement - one of them herniated inside and the hernia was rubbed to the cord. Let's say right away - they started looking for exactly the same rubber, but . 7700 for a wheel is expensive and bohat. We took 2 Ecsta HS51 kumho tires, still 5 thousand not 7700. Now it would be very interesting to compare them, but we only change a couple and, alas, the comparison will not work :( a couple of Hankooks are still quite like themselves. Verdict - after ecohama A-drive (lived 42 thousand km) on the same car with the same driving mode, the hankuk is much cooler.

Pros
  • Quiet. Brakes great. Hydroplaning was not observed as in Yoke A-drive. Price. Soft = comfortable. In winter (-5) it doesn’t get dull at all.
Cons
  • drawing :)
