Critique Critical: Gardenwed is an online boutique that sells feminine apparel, accessories, and more, but my most recent purchase there was a huge letdown. Despite my eagerness to peruse their selection, I ended up being disappointed. To begin with, I found their website to be badly organized and confusing to use. It was difficult to get a decent feel for the products I was purchasing due to the poor quality of the images they provided. The item titles lacked essential information, and the sizing information was unclear. When my shipment arrived, I found that the items were of poor quality. The clothing was fashioned from scratchy, thin, and cheap fabric. The items were either too tiny or too big, and the stitching was uneven and sloppy. The quality and fit of the shoes I purchased were both subpar. They chafed against my skin and looked and felt cheap. The jewelry did not fare much better, looking both inexpensive and poorly manufactured. I called customer support asking for a refund, but they were unhelpful and indifferent when I explained the situation. The procedure for sending it back took much longer and was more complicated than I had expected. Overall, I was not satisfied with my time spent using Gardenwed. Their customer service is unsatisfactory, and their goods are of low quality. In my opinion, this is not the best place to buy women's apparel, shoes, or accessories online. You should look elsewhere to spend your money.
