Video Connector

I tried to buy another brand of the same device type from Best Buy but it didn't work so I lost $50. Thank you best buy! I called nVidia tech support and they told me the problem was almost certainly the adapter. But it's brand new! I protested. "Ha," said the technician, "that doesn't mean it's going to work. Please try another one." Soooo I threw my $50 in the trash and ordered this one. The Star Tech product is clearly way better than the Best Buy option as Star Tech works perfectly. I would Star Tech would recommend and if I needed a different adapter I would buy it again.
