The product itself was easy to install, but the instructions did not provide detailed information on how to prepare the device for assembly. The package with seals and other accessories was opened, I don't know why. Nothing seemed to be missing. I own an RV and do most of the repairs myself. The instructions were honest but not complete. They never mentioned the need to use it, nor did they include a small tube of lube at the seal between the base and the bowl. This is an important component to keep the water in the bowl and prevent sewer gas (black tank) from entering the bathroom. On the plus side, after two blade changes, I learned my lesson.
