Since there are two screws at the back why do you need 4 rails to connect which took over an hour. Two islands on the front and an alignment point and two screws are all that is needed to connect. Otherwise, the foot pedal rinsing works great and any defective part can be reordered. Just don't over-tighten the water supply or the threads will snap. I give this Thetford toilet five stars for parts availability and water efficient flushing.

Hello everyone! So the flush handle on my old wheeled toilet came loose and this product seemed like the answer, and it was! Everything went as expected except for attaching the bowl to the base. To get the lever, I first had to screw the base so I could turn it hard. However, it doesn't fully snap into the tabs and therefore doesn't line up with the screw holes in the base.
