Purchased for the first time. Worked for a few days and the screen fell off. The tape that came with it wasn't strong enough to hold them together. So when the screen came loose, the connector came loose and it fell apart. We thought we installed it wrong. We didn't feel very comfortable buying the same product, but we gave it another chance and bought it a second time. What mistake. We were very attentive, watched YouTube, reviewed it and installed it. We were not wrong. The sieve is loose and can come loose again. Now I used a thick rubber band to hold them together. And that's not all: the headphones don't fully insert, and the iPad Air's touch button dangles and looks like it's about to detach. I really don't know what to do. I'm afraid to do anything about it!
