This is a nice compact lightweight hair dryer that really fits in my drawer. It's really impressive once you get the hang of it. I was disappointed with this at first because I was used to just using plug and dry. I've never had so many heating options. Pressing the red up arrow for more heat also increases airflow to the dryer. If you hold the bottom down arrow, the hair dryer will eventually switch to a low setting and less air will come out. I would like Amazon to let me post the video, but that's not possible right now. This can be an extremely helpful setting especially when drying my 8 year old hair because she always says my other hair dryer heats her scalp but she doesn't say that with this one. And my hair actually dries faster with this blow dryer. In addition, washing the end of the hair dryer is also easy. Let's not forget this part because I always had to clean them because they get really dirty and another HUGE plus is that my hair doesn't get sucked into them like other dryers have in the past. The cold button makes the hair dryer difficult to hold and use, so that's my only real complaint about this hair dryer. I have naturally curly hair and I don't usually use the attachments on the end of my hair dryer so just give it a sharp tug and it will come loose. My mom is a hairdresser, I grew up in a salon and never used a cheap blow dryer. You just have to get used to the settings, but this is a quality dryer.
