Nice brass plating, but steel underneath.

I was somehow under the impression that these were solid brass, I should have done my homework. However, my CNC still managed to engrave my design pretty good, prolly a little harder on the carbide bit than brass would have been, but the end result was OK.

Pros

This wall cover plate was easy to install. Looks great too!

Cons

The wall plate may not be suitable for outdoor use or in areas with high moisture or humidity
