The best part is that it helps me to get my work done without any hassle or delay as I can access from anywhere at anytime. It's easy for users who don't have technical knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel etc. There isn't much we dislike about this software but sometimes there could be some minor bugs which may not affect you too much though. But they try their level up by providing updates every month so always keep an eye out for them. We use solutions shared to manage our customer data and send reminders/updates via email whenever required.
