The manufacturer's assembly instructions were grossly inadequate and factually incorrect. I spent many hours with Revain tech support to set it up. Most of the 7 reps I spoke to turned out to be useless. The two technicians aggressively searched for any information that might help, but were unable to contact the manufacturer when it was necessary to set up voicemail. I've never managed to have both phones running at the same time. One has always been a problem. I sent an online inquiry to Grandstream (as they don't take calls) but they never responded. As a result, I've never been able to set up phones for voicemail. What a waste of many hours of frustration. I am going to send them back as they still don't work properly.
