Solid Basic IP Phone

This phone works well with our VoIP system. Keep in mind that this isn't a typical phone to use at home and will require a lot of technical know-how or a VoIP company to set it up for you. The phone book is pretty much useless as it truncates names, but you can store numbers. I like the size for small desks, not for a large IP phone. It's very easy to switch between the two lines and fairly easy to use, but certainly not for those who receive a lot of calls.

Pros
  • Glitter
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish

Unbelievable value for money

This is almost a steal from the supplier at this price. These phones are basic but have all the features you need in a small office. While they don't look as flashy as their color screen counterparts, the functionality is the same. Unless you are an operator who needs more than 2 lines. I am selling these phones with a Grandstream UCM 6202/6024 PBX, which allows installation without configuration. As soon as the settings are defined in the PBX. The only minor downside is that the internal…

They never worked properly

The manufacturer's assembly instructions were grossly inadequate and factually incorrect. I spent many hours with Revain tech support to set it up. Most of the 7 reps I spoke to turned out to be useless. The two technicians aggressively searched for any information that might help, but were unable to contact the manufacturer when it was necessary to set up voicemail. I've never managed to have both phones running at the same time. One has always been a problem. I sent an online inquiry to…

  • Still satisfied

Excellent value for money and build quality

This is a great entry-level IP phone. Negative reviews that say it's difficult to set up may not realize that this phone requires a SIP server or system to work. I use it with RasPBX (FreePBX/Asterisk solution for Raspberry Pi) and it works right out of the box, only basic SIP and network configuration is required. The built-in web configuration is also excellent and very simple and includes hints. The IP address can be obtained directly from the LCD display at the touch of a button. For the…

Excellent value for money IP phone

The phone works very well. Relatively easy to set up once you know the basics of networking and VoIP. For those who don't, this is not a regular landline phone and will not function as such. It can be used with the included handset and headset, but also has a speaker which is useful for some calls with decent audio quality (obviously it sounds better with a handset). Some buttons can be programmed for speed dialing, which is great. If you just need to call a few regular numbers, the connection…

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • Can I add anything

A basic two line phone that is fairly easy to set up on the FreePBX system on which most PBXs are based, even if they are not free. Read the user manual for more detailed descriptions of the buttons. The sound quality is excellent. A setup note is pjSIP, not chan-SIP. An error occurred while configuring in FreePBX where one of the lines goes to a PBX extension defined as chan SIP. Changed it to pjSIP and this line connected like magic. Update almost two years later: still very happy with this…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

Not perfect quality, some small defect.

Initially, the choice fell on this phone based on price-quality. and it is quite possible to put up with an uncomfortable display, but in general, the reliability of the device puts an end to it. conclusion: you need to take something else from this price range (fortunately there are some options). or pay a little extra money and buy something more reliable. Its pros: - a fairly rich functionality of the firmware. - price. - availability of PoE Cons below: - inconvenient, not informative…

Cool product, happy with the purchase, maybe Ill buy it again.

the display is clearly missing a couple more lines. It is inconvenient that the display does not go out while the phone is not in use. By default, the light in the upper right corner does not blink when called - inconvenient. There are more than 40 devices in the asset. There is no marriage. Everything works, no one complains, no settings are lost. Set and forget.

Pros
  • build quality, reliability
Cons
  • display: does not go out, little information content of the display

Full compliance with the manufacturer's assurances, high quality.

We have been using a fleet of these devices of 15 pieces for the second year. Auto-ate firmware is enabled (they come out quite often). Someone wrote in 2022 that the devices freeze - we have not had a single freeze or failure in 2 years. Someone wrote in the shortcomings that the display does not go out - everything goes out, you just need to go into the settings and specify the brightness for the standby mode (Settings-> Options-> LCD screen-> Active backlight time). The device is from the…

Pros
  • -PoE - 2 independent SIP lines - rich firmware functionality - do not freeze - connection is not broken - support intercom control
Cons
  • small screen, but for this class of devices another is not needed
