This phone works well with our VoIP system. Keep in mind that this isn't a typical phone to use at home and will require a lot of technical know-how or a VoIP company to set it up for you. The phone book is pretty much useless as it truncates names, but you can store numbers. I like the size for small desks, not for a large IP phone.
