Review on Paul Rubens Professional Excellent Lightfastness by Morgan Gilmore
Disappointed with Color
I ordered 'Royal Blue' thinking it was cobalt but it's lighter, washed out and looks more like a light blue. Totally non-permanent color. I'm guessing it's some kind of sky blue. It's not royal blue. Chinese script is written all over the tube, so the association of this mark with the artist "Paul Rubens" or his country is dubious at best.
