This seems to be a very useful scanner, at least according to the propaganda and instructions. This probably applies to most cars (Asian, American). He claims to work for BMW. NO ! It actually reads OBD II codes, but it doesn't read advanced, BMW-specific codes. It also doesn't perform the advertised reset functions; again not for my Bimmer. I found out about this when I checked the idiot gauge on the dash. Have gone through a rather cumbersome upgrade procedure to no avail. Since Revain's return period has expired, I contacted the seller. After some objection they agreed to accept the return and reimburse my costs. Thanks very much ! Customer Service Team!
