Review on 🔧 Gyros 40 10470 Versatile All-Purpose Accessory - Professional Grade by Keith Harris

I was looking for a rotary tool with a good combination of accessories at a good price. It's wearable. The only problem I had was using this for multiple projects. Small accessories seem randomly collected in a small clear plastic box. This didn't bother me at first, but better organization of small accessories would be nice. I tried using Flex Rod but didn't find it very useful to me. I use this instrument with a footswitch because I find the switch on the back of this unit impractical. Not sure what speed the selectable speeds switch corresponds to, it seems relative. EDIT: Although I usually use this with a Linemaster 632-S Clipper Footswitch, Electric, Single Pedal, Momentary, Single Step, No Guard, Black, I used the tool without it on my last job. This turned out to be an error. The plastic yoke that usually needs to be loosened to replace the collet came loose during use and fell off. This created a lot of vibration while it was spinning, and I had to hold the tool steady while wading to the switch with my other hand. While I probably didn't tighten the collar tight enough, the other issue is that the plastic collar isn't that strong to begin with - it can only be over-tightened. My only recommendation for this tool is to use some kind of footswitch as it's difficult to turn it off when something like this happens.
