Long stockings! in shin guards

These Powerlix compression stockings are the longest of the three brands of compression stockings I have tried. The other two brands are Rikedom and Wanderlust. Rikedom is just above my calf, Wanderlust is just below my knee and Powerlix is above my knee! I love the feeling but they don't stay there all day. But I work as a mechanic in a hospital, so I travel a lot. In terms of compression, the Powerlix seems a little less compressible than my Rikedom, which is the opposite as the Rikedom is 15-20mmHg and the Powerlix is 20-30mmHg. Rikedoms are also slightly thicker than the material, while Wanderlust is even thicker. I think what I like the most is the sense of compression and thickness of the Rikedoms; Powerlix feel too thin in terms of material and are not that strong in compression. I'll have to update this review when I see how well the Powerlix wears down. My Rikedom is almost two years old and there are no signs of wear or loss of compression. However, Wanderlusts, the same age as Rikedoms, have two holes on each side of the ankle where color changes. So my favorites are still Rikedoms, but I just wish they were a few inches longer. Update after a month with Powerlix: These are now my favorites of the three compression stockings I've tried. Rikedoms always end halfway through the workday. Wanderlust remains, but as I said, they have holes in their ankles. Powerlix stay on their feet even if they go below the knee after about an hour, they never go below the knee. This keeps my shin fully covered and supported throughout the day. They work best for me.
