love these bracelets.
I bought four of these bracelets to wear together. I've got quite a few extras on it. I am finally at the end of my battle with very severe depression and purchased these bracelets at the beginning of my recovery journey. They're great because they're something I can carry with me and they're VERY meaningful to me, but no one else should know about my fights or my bracelets unless I choose to tell them since all messages are included in the bracelet. Cuff. They are made of stainless steel and should therefore not tarnish. I never take them off. They will scratch though, so be aware if you plan on wearing them all the time like I did.
