Let me start by saying that I really like the way it looks and really wanted it to work. It was missing a nut and washer, but I couldn't run to the hardware store and pick it up myself. Unfortunately, the shifter didn't work on my 2005 750 Spirit when I started assembly. As I screwed everything together, they stuck and rubbed, and there wasn't enough play in the screw for me to adjust anything. Also, this was sent with no installation instructions so I was left blind. I spent a lot of time on one thing I can't install on my bike and had to do it all without a guide. There may be kits that fit different models better, but if you have a chained spirit, be careful and be prepared to suffer.
