I like that it is easy to use, has many features for different types of employers. It's user friendly as well! The customer service can be improved upon but not enough time was invested in training employees so they could handle issues with customers more efficiently. Great option if you are looking at an all-inclusive platform or something less expensive than other platforms out there. We were able to find some great deals when we needed them most (Christmas). Being able to track hours easily is also very helpful since sometimes people forget what their actual workday looks like.
