In the review, "Chris Barrett" doesn't seem to understand why the holes are shaped like this because you can almost completely measure your screws and then install and slide the entire unit up and down on the screws and tighten. It's a very simple setup and you don't have to disassemble anything like they claim. Two 5/16 screws, lock washers, and standard flat washers are all you need, and a good drill bolt that makes holes 7" apart.
