I'm throwing away the Merrell All Out Charge, the perfect trail runner, so of course it's discontinued! It was the only shoe that fit me perfectly. I chose the Trail Glove 6. If you have long, narrow feet, then this is for you. Unfortunately there aren't any. It takes me 10 minutes to lace them up comfortably. For something meant to be used on the trail, they are way too light. I don't see them lasting very long, and they don't inspire confidence over rough terrain - might be fine for a clean, manicured city walk through a public park, but don't drive them off-road in strewn debris. uneven terrain. The only plus for me is that like the All Out Charge they include an elasticated sleeve that wraps snugly around the leg. I'll keep them in reserve until my last pair of All Out Charges are completely worn out.
