I am very pleased with this purchase - great value! I only needed the plastic side, but having metal on an instrument is very convenient and useful. Having two of these is very handy - I have one in my kitchen and one in my laundry room. The end caps are strong and snap well into place. The plastic side is a bit wider than I'd like, but depending on what I'm using it for, it's nice that it covers more area. I'm glad it comes with a decent amount of spare blades as the plastic wears down, but so far it's worked great for scraping off stickers etc without damaging the underlying surface. I would definitely buy again!
