Relaxes muscles well and easy to use.
Very easy to set up and use. I've actually been using it every day since I've had it. Mostly I will use it after training, mostly I will run and it really helps me to relax my muscles. It comes with multiple heads and works in different scenarios. I usually use it for around 10-15 minutes and it will get the job done. I highly recommend it for everyday use and I am sure you will love it too.
