Maybe this brand is generally good but mine broke right away
Ring or base cracked during installation. I had to run and buy another locally which didn't have any cracking issues upon installation. I was hoping to return this for a refund or replacement but I waited a really long time as the part sat on my shelf and forgot to return it. I hope that the company can agree to work with me. It can be seen that the part has not even been used.
