I love that you can use your own credit cards, not just their gift card system for hotel stays! The customer support is great as well but it's very difficult to get someone in another department if they are busy or off-site at time of request (or even sometimes when making requests).
It would be so much easier/faster by using an app - like Apple Pay where we could do our entire account from home without having to go into stores everytime with all different charges etc.. But overall this service has been good thus far!! They allow us flexibility while traveling which reduces stress levels tremendously since my husband travels frequently during his job search process :).
