Great for practice and demonstration

Love these canvases. I painted all 12 with acrylic and oil paints. Oil paints take about 2 days to dry, acrylic paints need to dry completely overnight. The canvases have a very nice finish, the back looks just as professional and finished as the front. It fits nicely in an 8x10 frame. I used these: MCS Frames 8" x 10" Black 12 Pack and they fit great. For demonstration, these canvases have a nice texture and look better without the glass. I really like that they are individually wrapped which is handy for storage and ensures that none of the well made canvases are damaged in transit or prior to use. The price of this amazing quality for this quality is less than $1.50 per canvas! It's really fantastic to practice. After painting all 12 I found that the size was a bit small for a real work of art and for display on most walls so I made a set of three or four on the wall. They're perfect for kids and for trying new things, mistakes can be thrown away without hurting your wallet and if you like it you can just frame it and show everyone! artist name, medium, date and title). I only wish they had the plus sizes in such amazingly affordable packs of 12 (this company has larger sizes including a pack of 4 sheets 12 x 16 for $26.07 but it's not as affordable as a pack of 12 sheets 12 x 16 from US Art Supply for $30). I had to buy another brand for the larger canvas (12x16), I hope they stretch because the texture and finish is impeccable. Also, I would suggest buying 11x14 to start with just to get the best canvas size. I'm a bit new to drawing but this keeps my work professional and fun! I will definitely order these again.
