I can't put into words how beautiful these slipcovers are in person. They have just the right amount of shine without being flashy and the tones are so rich. They are very well made with a strong hidden zipper. All you can see is the tongue! I took the advice to buy a larger insole than the cover and it turned out great. I bought them in 18" and used a 20" insert. Completed perfectly. The secret is to zip the cover towards you. Fold the insert like a taco and gently bring it to the end of the sleeve. Push the corners towards the tips and slowly pull up and down to insert the insert into the sleeve (like a skinny jean!). If you don't have anyone to help you close it, hold it between your knees, close it, and close it inch by inch, pushing the insert into place. Buying new furniture wasn't an option at the moment, but adding it to an old gray sofa really brought it back to life. So glad I found her!
