I thought this incense holder was so cute and unique! When I first used it, the incense leaned and spread across my table and I found it didn't work very well. Once I put incense sticks in STRAIGHT UP and it caught everything! I think for this to work you need to make sure the incense is seated firmly in the center hole and catches all the ash. Sometimes I break a small piece of the stick at the bottom of the incense and push it all the way in to make it strong! Originally I was going to give this 3 stars, but now that I know how to use it, 5 stars 🌟
