I've been using them for a few weeks now, I use them daily. Keeps the coffee pleasant and warm for a long time. Some people have complained about the wide opening, which allows the drink to cool at the top. It is no problem for me. If you want to prevent this, put something on it if you don't drink for a while. Pros: The handle is very comfortable to hold and the mug attachment feels solid. The rim of the mug is rounded and smooth, it is very comfortable to drink from it. Well insulated. Hasn't broken yet :-) although I've absentmindedly put it on the counter pretty hard a few times (trying to be more careful). It is convenient to wash by hand because. The neck of the cup is wide.
