It's not cheap, cheaply made, but the tongue feels like you can't pull hard or it might snap, it's been a few weeks and it hasn't happened. I usually wear wide and 10.5 in men's shoes. It's 10 and not wide and it feels great even with insoles. I run all day and need insoles. I love the color and I bought this brand for twice the normal shoe store price and they bet the price in store. So for me it's worth it.
