Review on Back Track Screening by Gordon Turman

I like that it is easy to use, has all of my contact information in one place for future reference as well! It's not really anything i dislike about this program but if you're looking at an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) then there are so many out their right now its hard finding exactly what your needs will be when choosing which ATS works best with yours!! Make sure they have good customer service support before committing too much time or money into using them-it can get pricey depending upon how large/complexely developed back track becomes over years & months. We've been able t find any software system we could truly rely 100%+on while searching applicants online without having our own team screeners do manual reviews manually via email attachments etc.... I like that it is a very user friendly and easy to use. I also like that it is very affordable. I dislike that I had to wait a long time to receive my results. I think that it is a very good screening tool. It is easy to use and it is very affordable. I would highly recommend it to other companies looking to screen applicants. I am screening applicants for my company. I am using it to weed out applicants that may not be a good fit for our company.
