I was able to use their service for background checks by multiple employers that hired me as an independent contractor, it allowed them all access at once without having each employer log in separately which saved time! Back Track has so many features. You can screen applicants quickly, easily and at a very reasonable price. The customer support is amazing. It's user friendly and easy to navigate. I like that it lets me do a quick check on the job history of a candidate. I can quickly make sure that the person is a good fit for the position. I don't like that it's so easy to get around and it doesn't show you the full picture of the candidate. I don't like that it's not very user friendly. I like that it is easy to use, has all of my contact information in one place for future reference as well! It's not really anything i dislike about this program but if you're looking at an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) then there are so many out their right now its hard finding exactly what your needs will be when choosing which ATS works best with yours!! The best part about this app is that it has all of my applicants in one place! I love being able to check their status, view notes etc from any device or computer at anytime!! It's also very easy for me when scheduling appointments because they are always right where you left them last time/date wise..
