Review on Back Track Screening by Troy Hamilton

I like that it lets me do a quick check on the job history of a candidate. I can quickly make sure that the person is a good fit for the position. I don't like that it's so easy to get around and it doesn't show you the full picture of the candidate. I don't like that it's not very user friendly. I would like to be able to see more details about the candidate. I would like to be able to see the full picture of the candidate and have more control over searching and the results. I use it to check on the job history of a person who is applying for a position.
