If you ride in any weather below 60 degrees Fahrenheit, you'll wonder why you didn't get a Pinlock helmet sooner. Installation is a little tricky - I was afraid I would break the sight lens in half while trying to attach the pinlock shield to the pins. However, it only took me about 5 minutes to save myself from miles of misery from lens fogging. I haven't had any issues with excessive flare - note I mounted this Pinlock screen on my Shoei photochromic lens so it might have something to do with it.
