Installed poles at the 2019 crossing when they arrived. The installation was uncomplicated. Directions helped. Saw them installed on a YT video and immediately ordered a set. So far I am satisfied with their work. Drilling is not required, which was a priority for me. I plan to grease the ball joints and use some blue Loctite on the bottom bracket bolts. Be careful not to overtighten the bottom brackets. The thread looks like it could break easily. Ordered another set for my 22 year old wife's cross track. Very happy with this mod.
