All leaves are calculated daily automatically for all members of your organization in an easy-to -read format that allows reviewing any period within two months back from today without having to access dates or other resources manually; The system runs fast even under heavy loads (upwards 50K users); It's scalable both up/down for capacity issues but also horizontally when adding additional servers by simply creating more accounts. Nothing at this moment actually! ; But I would love it if we could implement our own rules like using only one calendar table instead of multiple tables allowing us not updating every time something changes as well avoiding data duplication among others. Manage employees' days off is now much easier than before thanks to its intuitive UI which really helps save hours spent looking through emails / spreadsheets everyday managing employee absences etc.; Also the reports generated give great insights into what happened I like the ability to create leave requests, approve them and send them to the employees. I dislike that I can't have a separate calendar for the leave requests. It's a little difficult to navigate. I would recommend trying it out to see if it fits your needs. It's a great tool to use if you're looking for a tool to help manage employee leave. I'm able to have a separate calendar for leave requests and it makes it easy to see when employees are taking leave and when they should be back to work.
