Running Essential

I have a curvy figure, small waist/torso and wide hips and I was very concerned that this belt would not stay in place. Reviews from girls with shapes were mixed, but I took a chance and ordered. I'm so glad I did this because it worked great and in the 1.5 years I've owned it I've never gone without it. I wear it very low on my hips and adjust it to be very snug. I've never had a problem with it going up to my waist. No matter how many miles I run, it stays in place and is so comfortable I forget I'm wearing it. It's big enough for my iPhone, ID, some cash and a key or two. I overloaded it once (my stuff plus my husband's phone and keys) and it made the bag bounce like crazy as I ran. This was the only time I offered to carry things for someone else. If I'm just carrying my stuff, I have no problem with them bouncing around. The belt is very well made. As mentioned, I've had it for about 1.5 years. Despite regular use, it is still in very good condition with very minor signs of wear. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable strap to hold essentials while running or walking. **Updated 11/30/14** I switched my phone to an iPhone 6 (regular size, not plus) and have a very minimal case on my phone (Spigen Air Skin which should be 0.4mm thick). My phone still fits in the SPI band, but it's pretty tight.
