This is my first time buying from this company but I have been using this product for a while. [got it from my sister's vet in California]. I ordered 3 types of supplements, 2 of each. They all arrived in the correct order, the only downside was the expiration date on the 4 oz RX essentials. Jug. Both have the same expiration date of June 2014 which is less than 12 months from the date I received. It was too soon and I won't be able to finish them before they expire. The rest of the products have an expiration date of 2015, which is a perfectly reasonable timeframe. So I called customer service and asked for an exchange. I was told that the entire batch of this product in their warehouse had the same expiration date and I suggested using them before the 2014 expiration date and they would give me an additional discount. But I didn't agree with that and asked for an exchange anyway. Eventually they offered me a refund for a can and sent me a refund with postage paid. It took about 14 days to get the refund and 3 calls to customer service middle name "Starla" which was very helpful.
