I bought these for an easy replacement. Little did I know that a special wrench and tools are needed to replace the chip. Since we only had one cartridge and no tools were included (it was supposed to be) I had to send it back. I can't leave the printer for as long as it would take to resolve this issue and I've tried removing the tamper protection chip. I didn't get a chance to take the chip out. I had to buy another version from HP which I will try again after receiving the chip safely. If I had all the parts it might be good. I will check it next time I order and hope the tools arrive.
