The ability to quickly create reports of asset locations as well as track all movement within an entire facility are two great features that I enjoy when using this system. As with any computer program it needs constant training in order to fully utilize its full capability's. Also there can be some performance issues if you have too many users trying to use one machine at once but that problem has been fixed since Version 3 was released. We've used site secure before so we had experience in working with their product then which helped us when switching over to version three. It helps keep our inventory up to date by tracking movements throughout the day while providing easy information regarding who exactly entered what area during different times. This not only allows me to see where my employees go each time they come into work but it gives me insight about how long certain areas stay open or closed without having to ask them directly every single hour where ever possible (I am very thorough). I like that it allows me to view all of my asset information at one time from multiple sources such as police reports, incident reports or service request forms. It makes tracking large amounts of data very easy. The interface can be confusing when you are first learning how everything works so make sure you have some training before using this tool in your everyday operations. This helped us track down an employee who had taken a vehicle without authorization.
