Received my vacuum a few weeks ago and finally hooked it up yesterday. It sucks! That's right, suck. How else can you describe a vacuum; either it sucks or it doesn't. I hooked up a 20 foot hose to my new vacuum and went around the house vacuuming small and large items that went into the bin with no problem. My old craftsman would only fight small items, and large ones would stay in place. What is the difference in suction power. And this vacuum cleaner is no louder than my old vacuum cleaner. The kit included a hose, three nozzles, two sticks, a foam filter and a paper filter. The packaging was as expected for a vacuum of this size and arrived undamaged. I would definitely buy this again. Here is the address of a hose I bought from Revain a year ago that my technician couldn't use: https://www.amazon.com/WORKSHOP-Wet-Dry-Accessories-WS25022A/dp /B019C23JIQ/ref= sr_1_3? dchild=1&keywords =2.5%22+20%27+vacuum+hose&qid=1620588448&sr=8-3 By the way, people have noticed that the wheels fall off every time they lift a vacuum container; I have to wonder if they used included screws to attach the wheels to the canister - mine didn't fall off. Just to point out a possible problem. Sincerely, Husband Dichan.
