Switched from Retina MacBook Pro 15 2022, the feelings are mixed, on the one hand this device is from a different league, it looks more modern, the hardware and sound are also on the level, and on the other hand this laptop gave me the most headaches for all the time I have used laptops Apple never had problems before him, I just bought a new laptop, transferred my system from the old one and enjoyed it, something went wrong with this one, I suspect that because of the T2 chip, they were too clever, and in general the number is clearly software bugs in a laptop for $3900 unpleasantly surprised.
- Powerful, lightweight, excellent touchpad and display, sound. You can break spears for a long time about the price, but in my humble opinion, if you look at the totality of characteristics, it is more than adequate, there are simply no Windows machines with similar performance characteristics, they will either lose in hardware or in weight and dimensions. The cost will remain the same.
- Hot, even with light loads, the temperature quickly exceeds 70 degrees or more, in idle 38-42 degrees. There were a lot of glitches on High Sierra, the idle temperature did not drop below 55 degrees, the sound from the speakers disappeared after + - 30 minutes of watching videos through VLC and YouTube, now everything seems to be fixed. In gray, very easily soiled.
