Review on 💻 IOGEAR 16-Port Rackmount KVM Switch Console with 17-inch TFT LCD Monitor, Keyboard, and Touchpad - USB Cables Included by Michael Kosack

This device is well built. The build quality is excellent. I ordered one of these units from New Egg, racked it up and found the keyboard unresponsive. I contacted IOGear support to find out the problem. The IOGear support contact was that I had a defective device. I returned the unit to New Egg which was out of stock so they couldn't send me a new one. I ordered a replacement unit from Revain but found the second unit had the same issue. I contacted IOGear support again by phone where the access was the same, the device may have been defective. First I was told to send the device I had back to Revain and order another device. Once twice shy, I insisted that IOGear send me a known good device, after which I would return the device I had. I was offered to ship the unit back for my money (shipping cost is 1/2 the price of the unit) and they will send me a known good module. I gave up those options and returned the Revain device and purchased another product, which admittedly had a lower build quality than the IOGear device. I just plugged it in and it worked.
