Great Field Service Management Software

The main benefit of using this software is its ability to connect with our field technicians, allowing them to view their reports from home or wherever they are at any given moment through an app for both iOS & Android devices. This allows us to have better communication between employees as well as providing greater transparency into how each employee spends his/her own work hours. Also, it has created efficiencies within my department by having everyone report directly back to me instead of going down multiple levels (i.e., supervisor then manager etc.). I would like to see some improvements made regarding customizing fields so we don't need to click "save" every single time before viewing certain information. Overall though, it works very effectively! We use this tool daily during normal business operations but also utilize it when there are issues requiring immediate attention such as equipment failures, safety concerns, performance problems or other incidents which require prompt action.
