Is Amplimax working properly?

I've been using Amplimax in a few small towns and found that if you want to play streaming video or Skype calls you need to get 99 on signal or you'll run into latency issues, poor signal issues, or have to wait a long time while you download the video. However, I am pleased that this product amplifies the signal as promised.
